COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Please reschedule if you have symptoms or have been exposed in the past 14 days.
Face Masks are optional.
Text when you arrive, wait for my reply or come in.
Please sanitize when you enter.
No extra people. Duo appointments, one waits in the car until called in.
PLEASE NOTE: Each stylist has completed the EPA Barbicide course for disinfection and sanitation.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
CHILDREN
Child Policy
Children are permitted in the salon when receiving a service; however, no children under 10 may accompany you while you are receiving a service. Our facilities do not allow us to care for children and we would not want to compromise their safety nor the comfort of our other guests. We love children and appreciate your understanding of this request!
Returns
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened products, all packaging must be untampered with, can be returned within 7 days. Refunds are given in the form of store credit (gift card). You may also make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
No refunds on services. There will be a $30 service fee for all returned checks.
